Background
Gary Pica ran an MSP, Dynamic Digital Services, from 1996 to 2005, then founded TruMethods: a business framework, training, the myITprocess vCIO tool and the TruPeer peer groups for MSP owners. Kaseya's IT Glue business acquired TruMethods in 2021. Gary is Chief Community Officer at Kaseya, where he leads its MSP peer groups and community programs, and writes a weekly column on growth, leadership and operations for Kaseya's MSP Success.
