Iru Endpoint Management carries the Kandji device-management product into a broader platform for Apple, Windows and Android endpoints. MSPs can provision client tenants, apply configuration blueprints, deploy apps, manage endpoint policies and monitor tenant usage through the MSP portal; endpoint detection, vulnerability management and compliance are separate platform capabilities.

MSP Capabilities

Iru’s MSP program supports client tenant provisioning, product changes, device and policy actions, audits and exports; partner billing tracks each tenant’s peak device usage and rolls charges into a parent-level invoice.
MSP licensing has a 50-device minimum on a 12-month term, billed monthly, with devices shareable across multiple client tenants and usage above the commitment billed in arrears.

Supported Environments

Iru endpoint management covers Windows and macOS devices, while Android enrollment, policy enforcement and app deployment are handled through its Mobile Device Management capabilities.

Pricing and Purchasing

The MSP offer is available to U.S. customers and requires a 50-device, 12-month commitment billed monthly; additional usage is billed in arrears based on each tenant’s peak device count.

Partner onboarding includes an application, an introductory call, NFR lab licenses, a sales-enablement pack and pre-sales engineering help; Iru Support is included for partners.
